Global Talent Management

- Coordinate the development and implementation of GTM programs within APAC. Train all regional HR Managers and create policies, procedures and manuals.

- Analyse APAC employment activities/talent management processes such as applicant flow, new hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions to identify potential areas of focus and other opportunities.

- Develop a current and up to date database on talent, skills and education providers thats used by HR departments around APAC to guide their GTM work.
